Quoting and sales process
We will schedule an obligation-free site visit when you submit an enquiry with Sydney Tree Rigging. After we've finished, we'll send you a formal quote, which you can accept or reject. From there, we'll schedule the job and finish it to the best of our ability. We will issue an invoice after the service is completed and the client is totally happy, and money can be transferred or settled with our Accounts team.
Quotation
All bids and pricing estimates are provided free of charge. Quotations are valid for three months from the date of issue, after which the contractor may prepare a new quotation and/or change costs. Unless otherwise mentioned and/or accepted in writing on the quotation, all portions of the task are assumed to be completed at the same time.
Guarantee of work
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, we will gladly return to the job site for a second inspection. We shall return and complete the job to your satisfaction if it is discovered that the work was not performed to the standard of the quote. Sydney Tree Rigging has no liability for damage to mobile objects, underground wires, or pipes that are not stated or discovered prior to the start of work.
Site condition upon completion
Our tree maintenance is carried out in accordance with precise guidelines and requirements, as well as a thorough pre- and post-job checklist, to ensure that each site is left in the same condition as when we arrived. Unless otherwise noted, the cost includes the removal of all green waste from the job site. Unless otherwise specified, all stump grinding debris will be left on site.
Payment Information
Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment is due upon completion of the job. Cash, check, EFT, and credit card are all acceptable methods of payment.
We also accept cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance (BNB), Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), Solana (SOL) and Polygon (MATIC).
Will I have access to the area?
Some sections will need to be walled off for safety reasons to protect inhabitants and neighbours. During our initial site examination, we will advise you on this.
